The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach with rooms that are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary facilities including a kitchen and washer/dryer. The AC keeping the room close to 70 adds to the comfort. However, there might be concerns over the pricing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely pull-out couch. The fully equipped kitchen was a definite bonus, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The staff was attentive and always willing to help. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to different neighborhoods and South Beach. Being right near the beach was a major highlight. The dining experience, especially the Welsh pastries, was delightful. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my overall enjoyment.
